Your oatmeal breakfast can work for skincare, too. It’s a simple and easily accessible ingredient to exfoliate the skin and free the pores of excess sebum and oil. It is popular in face scrubs as it is suitable for all skin types and has anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe irritated or sensitive skin.

Mix whole milk and olive oil
