But not just any body care – booty care. ‘It was important to me to create a skincare routine for the body to address its specific and unique needs, and we started with the booty,’ she continued.

She’s not wrong. It can be all too easy to neglect the skin below your neck, tending to your cheeks, under eyes and forehead with a multi-step marathon routine, only to leave your limbs high and dry. Quite literally – as the skin here is just as susceptible to dryness, irritation and skin complaints like eczema and acne. Or 'bacne' which, according to skincare brand Science of Skin, is so prevalent it’s said to affect over 50% of those with acne.

On Thursday, the newlywed teased a new arrival to her beauty line after launching facial skincare, including a cleanser, serum and moisturiser, earlier in the year. A day later and she revealed that a new body care launch was imminent.

As more of us recognise the need to take care of our skin below the chin, body care is gaining traction. This summer, Google searches are up 450% for the term, while according to market research company, Mintel, 33% of adults are now using body care as a mainstay in their routine versus the same period last year.
