Full disclosure—I've never seen Black Swan. But even those of us who somehow missed the biggest pop culture moment of the year 2010 (sorry!) could not escape the star of the film: Natalie Portman's smoky eye.

So when Portman stepped out on the red carpet for the premiere of Thor: Love and Thunder on Thursday, June 23, with an intense bronze eye shadow situation and a slicked-back low bun, even I was like, “Black Swan part two??”

If her smoky eye was the star of the red carpet, her sparkly minidress was the best supporting actor. The single-shoulder metallic mini, styled with matching metallic heeled sandals and sunburst circular earrings, gave the 41-year-old a goddess-like glow appropriate for a woman playing a hammer-wielding superhero opposite the tallest Hemsworth brother (Chris).

Portman recently opened up about the physical preparation for the role of Jane Foster, Mighty Thor.

“On Black Swan, I was asked to get as small as possible,” Portman told Variety, reflecting on her Oscar-winning role. “[For Thor] I was asked to get as big as possible. That’s an amazing challenge—and also state of mind as a woman.”

“To have this reaction and be seen as big, you realize, ‘Oh, this must be so different, to walk through the world like this,’” Natalie Portman added. “When you’re small—and also, I think, because I started as a kid—a lot of times I feel young or little or, like, a pat-on-the-head kind of person. And I present myself that way too, because of that.”

She may be small, but she's certainly mighty.
